The most common issue is using an email address other than the one in your file to sign up! Make sure the email you’re using is the same one that received the activation code.

If you miss your appointment without notice or provide less than 24-hour advance notice, it will be considered a no-show. We may charge you $40 for a no-show appointment. Patients who repeatedly no-show may be dismissed from the practice.

The easiest way is to let our scheduler know during check-in or registration, but you may tell any staff member how you would like to be referred to and we’ll gladly include your preference in your chart.
